Youth19 School Environment Survey
As part of Youth19, we gathered information about aspects of the school environment in participating schools. At each school, a member of senior management and the person leading health services was invited to complete the School Environment Survey and the School Health Services Survey, which included questions about health service provision and school policies and support for wellbeing.
Data from the school surveys will be used alongside Youth19 student data to explore how aspects of the school environment impact on student health, behaviour and wellbeing. The school level data will provide important indicators of the supports available to schools and their health services, and how such supports influence student wellbeing. All information collected is confidential and no staff member, school or student will be identified in any report or publication from this project.
